Breast Augmentation
The patient is a 51-year-old woman at the time of surgery who previously had breast implants and was experiencing capsular contracture. She underwent en bloc implant removal followed by fat grafting to the breasts to restore volume. The fat was harvested from the thighs and flanks. The after photo shows the patient’s breasts with no implants—volume and shape are created entirely from her own natural fat.
