Financial Arrangements

At Graw Beauty, our financial arrangements are designed to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience for all our patients. Surgical patients are kindly requested to make full payment of their fees at least 2 weeks before their scheduled surgical appointment. For non-surgical patients, payment is due in full on the day of treatment. Graw Beauty offers the option of payment plans on selected treatments through PatientFi.

PatientFi - Financing 

We accept payment financing through PatientFi. You may apply for PatientFi with no risk or impact to your credit score. You will immediately be approved or denied after completing the quick online application. At Graw Beauty, PatientFi allows the option of 6 or 12 months of 0% APR interest, if paid in full by the due date. There are no hidden fees, but we strongly urge patients to complete payment by the promotional date to avoid high interest.

For surgical patients, we accept PatientFi ONLY for the surgeon’s fee. Outside fees such as anesthesia or operating room must be paid in full with the requested form of payment. 

For nonsurgical patients, we accept PatientFi on all treatments with a balance of $350 and higher.

We do NOT accept PatientFi on retail items such as skin care or gift cards.


We are out-of-network, which means Dr. Graw and our operating room facility are not under contract with your insurance company. For most plastic or cosmetic procedures, it is the patient’s financial responsibility to pay the billed amount for the surgeon’s fee, anesthesia, operating room, lab testing, and any outpatient charges. 

There are few plastic surgery procedures that may be considered medically necessary. If you think you may have an insurance case, please call the number on the back of your insurance card. Review your procedure with your insurance provider and understand your “out-of-network” benefits.

Payment for surgical procedures are due in full 2 weeks prior to your appointment date. We may submit a claim on your behalf and if the claim is approved, you will be reimbursed with a check. It is very important to understand that insurance coverage is not necessarily guaranteed.
